1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is available to select countries at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address.

2. Restricted Addresses
We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses (subject to change);
- Addresses in jurisdictions where the product is not lawful to import or possess;
- Addresses we have previously identified as associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violations.
Shipping to PO Boxes is generally accepted for non-temperature-regulated items via USPS. Temperature-regulated or expedited shipments require a physical street address.

3. Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch for orders requiring identity verification, address verification, or payment confirmation.

4. Carriers and Shipping Methods
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We may select the carrier and service level at our discretion based on the order’s contents, destination, and any temperature-control requirements.

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and service level selected.
- Free standard shipping (tracking and insurance) on domestic orders over $149.
- Express shipping available for an additional fee.
- Promotional shipping offers, when active, are displayed at checkout.

6. Temperature-Controlled Shipping
Where required by the product, we ship using temperature-regulated packaging and prioritised carrier service. Risk of degradation due to courier delay beyond our control, customer refusal of delivery, or extended customs hold is borne by the customer.

7. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs (international), or other events beyond our control.

8. Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once the order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

9. Address Changes
We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch. Requests must be submitted to support@peptisresearch.com before the order is fulfilled. Address corrections via the carrier may incur a fee that is passed through to the customer.

10. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve from the carrier may be reshipped at the customer’s cost. If the customer declines reshipment, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, less a 15% restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

11. International Shipping
International shipments are made with full Research Use Only declarations, a commercial invoice, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and the relevant Certificate of Analysis. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for:
- Determining whether the products are lawful to import in the destination country;
- Paying all duties, taxes, and customs fees;
- Providing any documentation required by the destination authority.
We make no representation or warranty that any product is lawful to import in any specific country. Packages refused, returned, destroyed, or detained by customs are not refundable.

12. Packaging
All shipments are packed discreetly. Outer packaging does not identify the contents or the company. Internal packaging includes the product, the relevant Certificate of Analysis, any required handling instructions, and our Research Use Only declaration.

Returns & Refunds
Research materials may be subject to return restrictions based on temperature control and lot integrity. Contact support@peptisresearch.com before initiating a return for guidance on institutional RMA procedures.
For lost or stolen packages, damaged shipments, or refund eligibility, email support with your order number and tracking details. Full returns policy text can be added here when counsel-approved.
